Bonhôte-Immobilier (CHF), launched in October 2006, is an investment fund under Swiss law, within the meaning of the Federal Collective Investment Funds Act (LPCC) of 23 June 2006.

Bonhôte-Immobilier (CHF) invests in:

  • Swiss real estate, primarily in Western Switzerland
  • residential and mixed-use properties, with some commercial properties, excluding small crafts, industrial and hotel premises
  • housing projects

The objective of the fund is to acquire a portfolio of stable, dynamically managed real estate assets.

The purpose is to maintain the substance of the investments long term and to distribute their income appropriately. Bonhôte-immobilier (CHF) therefore invests as far as possible in buildings offering above-average prospective yields.
