All Swiss-resident shareholders, regardless of where they live in Switzerland, are exempt from income tax and wealth tax on their holdings. However, these taxes are charged directly to the Fund, which owns all the properties in its own name.

Bonhôte-Immobilier (CHF) also enjoys a lower tax rate, particularly in the cantons of Neuchâtel and Vaud.
