Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV

Vision

As a major property owner, Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV is aware of its responsibilities in terms of sustainability. Its actions, in the short, medium and long term, influence the improvement of its portfolio. Its activities are focused primarily on large-scale projects that will have a significant impact on its buildings.

It remains essential to find the best balance between innovative responsible investment and the impact on the property's yield, without losing sight of our shareholders' wishes and expectations.

At this stage, Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV has not committed to a certification process. However, it is keeping abreast of the many different programs available on the market.

To make this philosophy a reality, Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV is pursuing a proactive, long-term strategy.

Commitments

Commitments are based mainly on :

  • The phased refurbishment of buildings in the portfolio, accompanied by the integration of actions and performance indicators that are monitored annually to identify areas for improvement.
  • Sustainable acquisitions and construction, in line with the ESG values defined by the SICAV.
  • Tenants are at the heart of our thinking, both in terms of energy savings and housing improvements.
  • The contribution of partners and agents, stakeholders who must be fully involved in our strategy and actively contribute to achieving our objectives.
  • Taking account of innovations in the energy transition phase. This transition will take place over the long term, but the innovations that will emerge over the next few years will support us in this challenge.
