In the Bottom-Up procedure, investments distinguish themselves between mid-long term, but also with short term. The investment strategy aims to close gaps in an existing core / core + strategy through active management with real estate investments or to supplement it with additional dynamics. Above all, market inefficiencies and special situations are also exploited.
