IMMO26 breaks records once again

The Swiss real estate fair for investors, IMMO26, set new standards on 14 and 15 January 2026. 

Organised for the first time in the larger Hall 550 in Zurich Oerlikon, the event exceeded all expectations and, under the motto "Think globally. Invest locally.", cemented its position as an indispensable meeting place for the industry. 

Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV attracted a wide audience of professionals to its stand and convinced both institutional investors and the entire real estate and financial industry of its relevance. The one-to-one meetings were very enriching and enabled us to consolidate the trust of our shareholders and make new contacts to expand our investor network.

The success of IMMO26 was reflected in impressive growth at all levels. With 6,709 visitors (+30%) and 209 exhibitors (+35%), the already solid figures from the previous year were significantly exceeded. 

Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV is already looking forward to the 2027 edition, which will take place on 13 and 14 January 2027 in Hall 550 in Zurich Oerlikon.
