Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV held an Extraordinary General Meeting on Monday 13 October 2025. The shareholders, who exercised their voting rights, accepted the items on the agenda:

1. Amendment of the investment regulations in connection with the change of fund management company from 1 January 2026 Solutions & Funds SA, Morges, to replace CACEIS (Switzerland) SA, Nyon.
 

2. Amendment to the investment regulations in connection with the change of custodian bank with effect from 1 January 2026 Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV), Lausanne, replacing CACEIS Bank, Montrouge, Nyon / Switzerland branch, Nyon. 
 

3. Appointment of the Statutory Auditors as from 1 January 2026 PricewaterhouseCoopers SA, (PWC) Geneva, as new auditors to replace KPMG SA, Geneva.

These changes will come into effect on 1 January 2026, subject to the approval of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.
