Reinforced private banking teams

26/08/2025

Bonhôte is delighted to welcome Stéphanie Guillod to its Neuchâtel head office as a client advisor. In Geneva, the team has also been strengthened by the arrival of Pablo Darbellay as Regional Head of Private Clients. These appointments underscore Bonhôte’s commitment to reinforcing its regional presence and wealth management capabilities.

The objective is crystal-clear: build unrivalled, high-end advisory capabilities perfectly tailored to clients’ expectations. Bonhôte’s team of seasoned advisors, deeply rooted in their regional communities, serves clients from its private banking suites in seven key Swiss cities.

Stéphanie Guillod

Stéphanie Guillod

Stéphanie holds a master’s degree in economics from St Gallen University and has qualified as a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA), an internationally recognised wealth management credential.

Prior to joining the wealth management teams at Bonhôte’s head office, she worked for several other banks, including Banque Cantonale Neuchâteloise (BCN), where she spent more than eight years as a private banking specialist. She went on to lead BCN’s private clients department after successfully heading the Neuchâtel mountains and valleys region, where she built a reputation as the key point of contact. Stéphanie is renowned for her thorough analysis and the personalised guidance she offers clients to help them achieve their financial goals, drawing on her strong interest in current economic and political affairs. She will also help to deepen Bonhôte’s roots in the canton of Neuchâtel, especially in La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Pablo Darbellay

Pablo Darbellay

Pablo Darbellay is a graduate of the University of Geneva (MSc, HEC) and holds CIIA and CWMA status. He is a wealth management specialist with extensive knowledge of legal and tax issues. He is also committed to training young advisors through the Challenge Your Potential (CYP) professional training initiative, for which he serves as an expert advisor.

After working in Credit Suisse’s Client Service Department for over 16 years, predominantly as a relationship manager, he briefly joined an independent wealth management company before coming to Bonhôte.

With over 15 years’ experience in Geneva and the Lake Geneva region, he understands the workings of the local economy and is well placed to put that knowledge to work for Bonhôte’s clients.

Pablo became part of Bonhôte’s Geneva team in 2024.

Strategy focused on close client relationships

Bonhôte – which has been based in Neuchâtel for over 200 years – is pursuing a business model predicated on in-depth knowledge and understanding of regional economies, which flows naturally from having branch offices in seven key cities – Bern, Biel/Bienne, Geneva, Lausanne, Solothurn and Zurich, in addition to Neuchâtel. As a boutique establishment with an entrepreneurial spirit, it gives clients direct access to local specialists capable of delivering sustainable wealth management solutions tailored to their personal goals.

“Our commitment to our clients and determination to provide them with a unique level of service have been enhanced by Stéphanie Guillod’s and Pablo Darbellay’s arrival,” commented Kim-Andrée Potvin, CEO of Bonhôte. “We pride ourselves on providing the support and guidance that our clients need in the very places they live and do business. These two talented professionals reflect the expertise, responsiveness and local ties that define our Bank.”

With these appointments, Bonhôte is laying an even stronger foundation for its future.
